Fully Stacked

Draft. This page is a draft awaiting review and is not yet final legal advice.

Privacy

Last updated: 6 November 2026. This explains what Fully Stacked collects and why.

Signing in

You can use Fully Stacked without an account for a couple of searches. To keep going you sign in with Google or with an email link. We store only your name (if Google gives it) and your email address. We never see your Google password and we don’t read anything else from your Google account.

Search history and limits

We save the searches you run (the brand, competitors and results) so you can open them again and share a report if you choose to. Visitors get 2 searches; signed-in users get 10 a day, with 2 “Search wider” runs a day.

To stop the free limit being bypassed, we also keep a salted hash of your network address with each search. The address itself is not stored.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies:

  • Sign-in cookies, set by our sign-in provider, that keep you signed in.
  • A visitor cookie that counts how many free searches you have used (kept for up to a year).

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who handles your data

  • Supabase hosts our database and sign-in.
  • Vercel hosts the website.
  • Google (Gemini) and Exa are used to find and analyse public Substack posts. The text sent to them is public post content, not your personal details.
  • Resend delivers the sign-in emails.

Public posts and quotes

We only read public Substack posts. We store only short quotes and a short excerpt, always with a link back to the original post, never the full text. Writers can ask to be removed on the writer opt-out page.

Deleting your account

To have your account and saved searches deleted, send a request through the contact form from the email address you signed in with. We will delete them and confirm.
